Epiphone, owned by Gibson, made an affordable alternative to the highly sought after 1962 edition of the Gibson SG, which is known as one of rock-n-roll's mainstays since the electric guitar was first introduced. This guitar beautifully replicates the 1962 model of the Gibson SG in sound and appearance. Like its predecessor, this guitar has a lot of power, bite, unbelievable sound, and everlasting sustain. A deep, well-balanced, rich tone is versatile enough to handle many types of musics, but is best when used for hard rock or metal. No significant difference from an actual Gibson...only the price. It comes with all the essentials of the Gibson 1962 SG that have made it a legend in the guitar world. It is very comfortable and easy to play, so it is suitable for beginners. The guitar is extremely lightweight, and as the frets get lower, the neck gets thinner. This makes the fretboard very fast and very nice. The SG body style allows for easy access to the higher frets.
The Epiphone G-400 SG Electric Guitar offers many top-quality controls you find only on more expensive guitars. Features include solid mahogany SG style body, set mahogany neck, slim-tapered neck profile, rosewood fretboard, pearl trapezoid inlays, twin Alnico V humbucker pickups, chrome Tune-O-Matic bridge, and two volume and control knobs with a three way selector switch.
Favored by rock icons over the years, the Gibson SG ranks highly among classic guitars. The Epiphone simply makes the iconic guitar affordable. Playability, sound, and looks are almost exact to the Gibson SG model it was designed after, so if you are looking for a hard-rocking guitar on a budget, then the Epiphone G-400 SG Electric Guitar is a good choice for you.

The Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special Electric Guitar revives Fender's famous Jaguar model with some new improvements. Great variety of sounds can be forged once controls have been mastered. Neither a Tele nor a Strat here. This guitar's sound is distinct and was designed with an intent to complement their sound. Features include alder body, maple neck with new neck pocket cut to provide better pitch, rosewood fingerboard, trem plate moved closer to bridge to increase sustain and break angle, Adjusto-Matic bridge with floating tremolo tailpiece, two new special design Jaguar single-coil pickups offer a fuller tone, two on/off slide switches (one for each pickup), and Fender/Ping vintage-style tuning machines.
With a two humbucker setup, you can get a great jazz sound and still have a great crunch for rock. Great stability and control when executing divebombs. The guitar's quality and playability is definitely Fender, although the neck feels thicker in your hands, and the body is slightly heavier than other Fender models. Even with these distinctions, this guitar feels remarkably nice to play and gives good high fret access. If you appreciate the Fender line, but are looking for something different, then the Fender Classic Player Jaguar Special Electric Guitar is the right choice for you.

When this guitar was first introduced in 1958, the President of Gibson, Ted McCarty, wanted to add a futuristic aspect to the company's image. Thus, the Flying V was born. The Gibson Flying V Electric Guitar is a bold and aggressive guitar with a very commanding presence. It successfully handles all types of music from blues to classic rock to metal. A chameleon of sorts, this guitar truly delivers. A slim-designed neck and body allow your fingers to really soar, and the pickups are spaced perfectly, howling unlike anything else. They are a deadly combination providing both unnatural sustain and power with enhanced lows, crisp highs, and crazy definition. The Gibson Flying V is very easy to play and can be comfortably played sitting down if it suits you. Sounds very exquisite and very wicked. There is a reason why legendary guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Lonnie Mack, and Michael Schenker have all surrendered to Flying V's appeal.
Features on the Gibson Flying V Electric Guitar include a V-shaped solid mahogany body, premium nitrocellulose finish, extended neck joint, rosewood fretboard, 22-fret ebony and rosewood fingerboard, nickel and silver alloy fret wire, classic dot inlays, set-neck construction, 496R Hot Ceramic pick up in the neck, 500T Super Ceramic pickup in the bridge, and a Tune-O-Matic bridge. Sturdy and perfect guitar, made to withstand playing. Brand new the MSRP is $1799, which is by all means a fair price for the overall quality and beauty of this guitar.

Playing live? Then this bass will rip any other to shreds. The Fender Getty Lee Jazz Bass was designed after the guitar Geddy Lee has forever used on stage and in the recording studio. His unbelievable style of playing has always put a huge bottom on Rush's music. With such a great sound, the Fender Getty Lee Jazz Bass is sure to please. It has a very articulate tone, which is focused in the low to mid mid-ranges. This bass is very versatile, allowing for a variety of unique tones and various types of music to be played. Really great rock bass though. Deep, crisp, and punchy sound with a very fast neck. Action is a matter of taste, so you will need to be the judge on that one. Pickups are very low output, so the amp can do all the work. Features include alder body, one-piece slim profile maple neck, maple fingerboard, black fingerboard binding with black rectangular-shaped position markers, 2 vintage jazz bass single-coil pickups, and a Leo Quan Badass II bridge.
If you are looking for a basic jazz tone on steroids, then the Fender Getty Lee Jazz Bass would be a good choice for you. The thin neck is something you will need to get used to initially, but excellent for aggressive and fast playing. The clean growl this bass offers is incomparable to any other. You will not be disappointed.
The Fender Getty Lee Jazz Bass can be found for sale on eBay below.
